The Ahmedabad facility, first of its kind in the state of Gujarat, started operations in August 2021 and is today running at full capacity of about 400-500 bicycles per day, based on a mix of geared and non-geared.

The facility employs ~130 people, who have been trained in varying skills like wheel building, fitting, assembly, packaging and dispatch. The bicycles produced in this facility have been dispatched and sold across India and have found superb acceptance amongst Indian consumers.
